The Maggie Marcopul Prevention
Specialist Scholarship
PCB is pleased to announce the
Maggie Marcopul Prevention Specialist Scholarship. This
scholarship was established in loving memory of 19 year PCB
Board Member, Maggie Marcopul, CPS, who died on May 1, 2008.
Maggie served as the first female President of the Board of
Directors, was Chair of the PCB Ethics Committee for many years,
and represented prevention specialists on the board. We hope,
in this small way, to keep Maggie’s memory alive with the
establishment of this scholarship to a deserving prevention
specialist.
The Pennsylvania Certification Board will award a
scholarship every three years to a deserving prevention specialist
working in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
