Finding the Space for Effective and Purposeful Clinical Supervision and Leadership (*This training includes Ethics hours*) Rescheduled date

With rapidly changing demands in our industry, finding the space for in-depth clinical supervision and leadership in our current role as clinician, counselor, supervisor or administrator can be a challenge. This training will review elements of the Powell Model of Supervision and explore creative strategies for purposeful implementation of meaningful supervision, both from the perspective of a supervisor and a supervisee. We will explore assessments and tools for staff development that can aide in reduction of ethical concerns, burn out and turn over. We will discuss the role that mindfulness and conscious leadership play in giving and receiving clinical supervision. This 6-hour training module will include didactic and experiential exercises in individual, large group, and small group formats.
