An Integrated Model of Clinical Supervision

As the treatment industry grows, there is a necessity for increasing system integration to blend best clinical practice with business performance. This workshop is designed for treatment providers, supervisors and managers to process the role of clinical supervision as a means to ensure integrity and best practices are utilized in an evolving field. The workshop will review the definition of clinical supervision specific to the behavioral health and addiction field and identify the methods and content of true clinical supervision practice. We will explore and define stages of counselor and supervisor competence and development and discuss a system strategy for clinical supervision. We will discuss the strategies of mindful leadership in supervision and how these practices inform the clinical integrity of our programs and make great business sense.
