Responsibilities

Admissions Nurse (with $5,000 sign-on bonus) – Nursing Administration – Inpatient - The Admission Nurse will operate hospital wide and will go from unit to unit to complete patient admissions. The admissions nurse will complete head to toe assessments, gather important contact information, review and document patient medical history information, medication histories, etc. The admissions nurse will be scheduled to work during high volume times of 8:00a-4:30p or 10:00a-6:30p. This position will report to Nursing Administration. License to practice as a registered nurse by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing required. Two or more years of clinical nursing experience required. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and clinical competency. Should be able to demonstrate knowledge of management techniques, the nursing process, interpersonal relationship skills. Must express self clearly in writing, speaking and manner. Must maintain a professional attitude and demeanor and communicate effectively and easily with all levels of staff. Must be self-directed and a self-starter. Must be able to work projects through from idea to implementation and evaluation. Demonstrates visionary and creative thinking ability. Basic computer skills required. Full-time positions available.

Qualifications
