Gaudenzia is hiring (with signing bonus) for the position of Clinical Supervisor at multiple locations throughout Philadelphia, West Chester and Coatesville, PA. Responsibilities

As a key contributor to our clinical team, responsibilities include planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the program’s clinical treatment services, providing clinical supervision to the program’s clinical and counseling staff, planning evidence-based therapeutic activities, guiding and supporting staff, reviewing and updating client’s treatment plans, implement treatment schedule to promote appropriate clinical interventions, supervise client aftercare, and ability to maintain a small client caseload if/when necessary.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have earned (at minimum) a bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience or a master’s degree with 2 years’ experience in the Clinical/Mental Health field such as Clinical Psychology, Counselor, Addiction, Human Services, Social Work, etc.). Experience must be working directly with individuals with substance use disorder. Applicants must meet DOH DDAP licensing standards and must have (or be working towards) a certification as a Certified Clinical Supervisor or State Licensure (LPC, LCSW) is preferred
