The Substance Abuse Counselor is a full time position, Monday to Friday with a competitive salary package.
Maintain active client case load of 25:1 ratio
Conduct face to face admission/assessment interviews for ASAM level of care
Provide intervention services to include assessments and treatment planning, updates, discharge/aftercare, individual, group and family counseling, client initiation and engagement activities
Complete clinical documentation to include progress notes, narrative reports and other case documents
Masters or BS/BA Psychology, Human Services, Social Work or related field. Min. 2 years experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor, LCSW, LPC or have or working towards CADC or CAADC certification
