In this role, you will provide clinical services including individual and group psychotherapy to the members at our Adams Program, located in Philadelphia, PA
This position is for an Independent Addictions Counselor Contractor.
You will be paid as a “1099” contractor, not an employee. Project Transition will not pay or withhold income tax, FICA/Medicare, unemployment insurance, etc. and you will not be eligible for any employee benefits programs.
• Individual sessions with members per our Levels of Care
• Initial Addictions assessments with new members and re-assessments as needed
• Facilitate a minimum of One Weekly Group Therapy session with members per our Levels of Care
• Participation in regular team meetings
• Consultation with specific team members on critical issues with members – paid at team meeting rate.
• Creative interventions with members/families and other supports
• Co-facilitate addiction group sessions with CRS or CPS once per month.
• Clinical formulation with internal and external contacts regarding our work with a member (especially to emphasize our proactive and core values driven work with a challenging member)
