Hours: Full-Time
Develop, implement, and report training/treatment plan for assigned members
Participate in crisis management system, program activities and supervision
Admission/orientation of new members
Provide individual training/counseling for assigned members
Monitor member self-administration of medication
Consult with families, psychiatrists, therapists for assigned members
Ensure follow-up on Insurance eligibility for assigned members
Prepare weekly DAP notes
Prepare skills group and workshop notes
Prepare and present case review to managed care organizations, insurance companies/payors as requested
Participate in crisis management system which includes:
o Complete data on members
o Orient member and family to crisis pager
o Carry crisis pager as scheduled
Conduct weekly case management meetings for assigned members
Attend Team meetings and staff meetings
Each PRC is assigned an area of the program enthusiasm to coordinate. This is managed at a company level for some areas, and supervised by a Department Head or Director
Plan and conduct group therapy, life skills workshops and other groups as assigned
Attend at least 25 hours of continuing education annually
Other duties as assigned by Program Director
A minimum Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related fields, two years experience in therapeutic community and/or psychiatric care. Persons having a Master’s Degree may have one year of experience.
