North East Treatment Centers (NET) has an exciting opportunity to join a diverse, creative team in a stable and growing organization. This individual will be able to fully develop a new location as we expand this critically needed treatment modality. This Executive level leader is responsible for ongoing development and operations of multiple sites and to help foster positive community engagement that supports consumers/patients in recovery. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of opiate treatment modalities (group and individual), evidence based practices, and related treatment issues while also demonstrating values consistent with NET and recovery principles. The Vice President is responsible for overall successful operations, policy and procedure development, representing the organization in external venues, monitoring service delivery, compliance , performance improvement , quality assurance processes, financial management, and staff development. Prior experience in leading recovery oriented drug and alcohol treatment programs required, opiate treatment focus preferred. Extensive community relations work will be required.
