- GROUP FACILITATOR: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR positions lead to a variety of life skills programs for youth and adults in schools and community-based agencies in the Lehigh Valley. Please see www.thechc.org for a full list of current programs.
We are asking all interested candidates to come to a Group Interview and Information Session. These events serve as an opportunity to learn more about CHC and our programs, to meet other interested candidates in a collegial atmosphere, and to share something of yourself.
Group Interviews and Information Sessions for Group Facilitator positions are held periodically. However, CHC welcomes resumes and inquiries at any time.
Candidates who wish to pursue the facilitator opportunity should also start working on the following requirements:
1) Criminal Background Check
2) Child Abuse Clearance
3) FBI Fingerprinting
4) 3 Professional References (email and phone number)
Candidates should be prepared with the following:
1) Copy of current resume
2) 1 copy of answers to attached questions
3) 5-7 minute hands-on "audition" - lead a hands-on interactive activity (including processing/discussion) on any topic of your choice –prepare for approximately 6-10 participants (could be a lifeskills topic or a current hobby)
