Responsibilities

• Supervision of the team of Drug and Alcohol clinicians. Leadership and management skills are necessary.
• Work with the leadership team to strategize for growth opportunities
• Represent Diakon Family Life Services with task forces and the provider networks
• Auditing and reviewing information to ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintains agency processes in accordance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Education/Training: A Master's degree with a major in chemical dependency, social work, counseling or other related field. Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Certified Social Worker required.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' post graduate experience in counseling with an emphasis in drug and alcohol in a setting with some supervisory and/or managerial experience normally required.
