Responsibilities

Clinical:
• Responsible for oversight and implementation of case management programs, to include: CMSU, MOMS, Children & Youth and Bucks County Recovery Support Services (CRS Supervision).
• Responsible for billing, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to funding sources, fiscal department and Board of Directors.
• Increase sustainability for programs under your direction, incorporating fee for service model as appropriate. Development and coordination of private pay services.
• Work to ensure staff compliance with Corporate Compliance Plan.
• Uphold policies and procedures for program operations. Make recommendations for adjustments when deemed appropriate.
• Oversight of enrollment f0or clients and respond to all referrals as directed by program protocols.
• Meet regularly to provide clinical supervision and training for case management and recovery support programs staff.
• Review client records and cases with caseworkers and CRS’ on a regular basis. Assure the accurate completion of all records, files, data entry and reports for timely submission.
• Provide family outreach program to foster/kinship families involved in C&Y when necessary (1 family at a time)
• Oversee program evaluation and data collection processes for case management and Bucks Recovery Support programs.

Programmatic/Administrative:
• Responsible for marketing and outreach efforts of The Council’s case management programs (MOMS, C&Y, CMSU).
• Responsible for marketing and outreach efforts of The Council’s Bucks County recovery support services.
• Develop and provide training to staff, facilities and the community as needed to ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
• Work with Recovery Centers Coordinator to ensure proper coverage regarding maintenance, security and technology.
• Assist with screening of potential staff for case management and recovery support programs.
• Provide initial training and clinical orientation of MOMS, C&Y outreach, CMSU and Certified Recovery Specialist workers.
• Meet with Administrative department, Bucks County Recovery Centers Coordinator to plan for and review programs.
• Ensure that MOMS staff is supporting outreach to pregnant women and intravenous drug users, as indicated on their job descriptions.
• Work collaboratively with Council staff, BCDAC, Magellan, other organizations and funding sources as programs require.
• Work collaboratively with other Council Managers to coordinate outreach efforts.
• Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Services or related field with 2 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency which includes 1 year of working directly with the chemically dependent. Certification as an Addictions Counselor (CAC) or in the process of obtaining a CAC. Successful completion of Clinical Supervision Trainings within 6 months of appointment to this position.

Must be able to work well with people, using good communication and program management skills to ensure the smooth operation and success of The Council’s case management programs.
