Mid-Atlantic Rehabilitation Services (MARS ATP), a leading outpatient addiction treatment practice located in Bethlehem, PA, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Clinical Supervisor.
Working under the direction of the Project Director, this position is responsible to assist with the day to day clinical operations of the agency.
• Supervising team of clinicians with diverse skills
• Managing documentation through electronic health records
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to develop relationships with referral sources, funding sources, clients, and families.
• Performing other duties as assigned or directed by Director to insure smooth operation of the facility
• Master’s level or higher
• Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Psychologist
• Required Experience: Five years of post licensure experience
• Drug and Alcohol experience needed, CAADC with licensure is preferred
• Must be organized and able to manage time to meet deadlines
• Must be motivated to be an integral part of a growing facility
