Drug and Alcohol Halfway House in Farmington, PA seeking qualified candidates for open Full-time Substance Abuse Therapist.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide therapeutic treatment to adults 18yo and up. Complete and maintain all required documentation including treatment planning, treatment plan revisions, case histories, progress notes, discharge summaries, assessments and other relevant documentation. Monitor client progress in treatment and establish strategies to meet goal achievement. Participate in team meetings, trainings, as scheduled, and individual clinical supervision.
Candidates must possess the following:
o Valid Driver's license
o Clean driving record
o Satisfactory criminal record check
o Satisfactory ChildLine clearance
o Two satisfactory written references
o Applicant credentials must include a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
o Experience preferred
Work hours: 8am-4pm MTWTF
