Responsible for diagnosing, evaluating, experimenting, developing, and recommending programs of treatment. Interpret intelligence, achievement, interest, personality, and other psychological tests to diagnose disorders and formulate plans of treatment. Supervise and train counselors. Responsibilities will include supervision of staff in an inpatient treatment and detoxification services environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage resources and supervise, work effectively and efficiently with all levels of management; self-starting, motivated, and adept to changing technology; Proven skills at problem solving, planning, conducting research; Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work with minimum six (6) years of relevant experience required. Clinical Supervision core curriculum training required, preferably through the Department of Health (DOH), otherwise, prior approval will be required through the DOH. Should be Certified Addiction Counselor/ Clinical Supervisor. Doctor of Philosophy in the above mentioned fields preferred.
New Clinical Supervisors are required to meet monthly with the Program Director to discuss their duties and performance for the first 6 months in position. Frequency thereafter shall be based upon the Clinical Supervisor’s documented skill level.
