The Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission is accepting applications for two part-time Case Management Specialists (20-30 hours/week each). These positions are responsible for evaluation of client strengths and needs, level of care assessments, referrals to treatment, developing service plans with clients, advocacy, monitoring client progress and Case Coordination Services. These positions utilize appropriate software to track client services and serves as a liaison to clients for referrals to human service agencies. These positions provide Case Management services to hospital involved patients with substance use disorders. Schedules are evenings and weekends. Employees must be able to attend training during a normal work week, daylight hours

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree required in Chemical Dependency, Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Nursing or a related field; and one year experience performing counseling or case management work in alcohol or other drug treatment setting. Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Candidate must have or be able to obtain Act 33, 34 and fingerprint clearances.
