Member of the Management Team that provides strategic leadership, development and oversight of Renewal Treatment, Inc. (RTI) programs and organization-wide functions. The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for all of RTI administration, program compliance and the management of Clinical Supervisors for Inpatient, Detoxification, Outpatient and Group Services. This individual will serve as the back-up to the Vice President of Program Management.
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, manage resources and supervise, work effectively and efficiently with all levels of management; self-starting, motivated, and adept to changing technology; Proven skills at problem solving, planning, conducting research; must be computer literate.
Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field with minimum 6 years of progressive supervisory experience required. Valid PA driver’s license required. Must be a Certified Addiction Counselor/Clinical Supervisor. A license in social work or professional counseling preferred.
