ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Team Lead to be the “go to” for the daily unit operations of our General Population Outpatient team. Your main responsibility will be to the people we serve, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, and that benchmarks for performance are met in an efficient and effective manner. As such, you’ll be leading a therapist team to success through a high level of communication – and strong relationship building with both internal and external providers and resources.

The General Population Outpatient Team works primarily with adults experiencing mood disorders, those with short term therapy needs, and/or reactions to traumatic events. Additionally, the therapists on the General Team provide programming for Creative and Expressive Arts in therapy, domestic violence, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, and work with active duty and former military members and their families. The Team Lead assists the Practice Administrator in providing clinical supervision and leadership to the therapist team, helping the therapists build clinical skills, meet productivity and quality measures, and identifying needs and barriers to treatment for the population we serve. Additionally, the Team Lead maintains a small caseload and provides individual and/or group therapy to those within our target population.
