Duties and Responsibilities:

Clinical:
• Provide consistent and documented clinical supervision and training for clinicians and recovery support programs staff.
• Responsible for implementation and management of Youth and Young Adult program.
• Responsible for Medicaid (Magellan) billing, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Board of Directors, funding sources, and fiscal department.
• Oversight of enrollment for clients and respond to all referrals as directed by program protocols.
• Review client records and cases with clinicians and recovery support specialists on a regular basis. Assure the accurate completion of all records, files, data entry and reports for timely submission.
• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload not to exceed 10 clients.
• Work to ensure staff compliance with Corporate Compliance Plan.
• Uphold policies and procedures for program operations. Make recommendations for adjustments when deemed appropriate.
• Oversee program evaluation and data collection processes for Youth and Young Adult program.
• Complete Matrix Model Basic Core Training and Key Supervisor Training.

Programmatic/Administrative:
• Responsible for marketing and outreach efforts of The Council’s Youth and Young Adult programs.
• Represent CSEPA programs and initiatives to public and media when appropriate/relevant.
• Complete and submit on a timely basis, grant and Council-required reports/documentation.
• Develop and provide training to staff, facilities and the community as needed to ensure compliance with policy and procedures and funding requirements.
• Work with Project Director to ensure proper building coverage regarding maintenance, security and technology.
• Assist with screening of potential staff.
• Provide initial training and clinical orientation of therapists and Certified Recovery Specialists.
• Meet with Administrative department to plan for and review programs.
• Work collaboratively with Council staff, Magellan, other organizations and funding sources as programs require.
• Work collaboratively with other Council program leadership to coordinate outreach efforts.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor with 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with Substance Use Disorders or Co-Occurring Mental Health Disorders in a health or human service agency. Preferred experience working with Adolescents and Transitional Age Youth. Certification as an Addictions Counselor (CADC) or in the process of obtaining a CADC. Successful completion of DDAP Clinical Supervision Training within 6 months of appointment to this position.

 Experience with and/or sensitivity to culturally diverse populations.
 Current Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check, Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, FBI Criminal History Background Check; maintain with no violations.
 Current valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, insurance and regular access to a motor vehicle.

Must be able to work well with people, using good communication and program management skills to ensure the smooth operation and success of The Council’s Youth and Young Adult program.
