The primary purpose of the Mental Health OP Department is to provide effective, efficient treatment services to individuals, groups and families. Services are based on best clinical practices and are engaged in ongoing quality improvement efforts in accordance with all federal, state, county, payer requirements as well as the Agency’s Vision, Mission and Values. The primary purpose of this position is to provide overall management and clinical supervision to treatment staff. This position provides leadership, direction, consultation and coaching to assure service excellence and may also provide direct treatment for individuals, groups and families. The normal work week for this position is 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with evenings as needed. Flexible hours are required to assure service delivery that meets consumers’ needs. Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Act 33/34 and FBI clearances. Extensive knowledge of individual and group treatment. Knowledge of treatment of co-occurring disorders (MH/D&A). LSW or MS in counseling who is close to LPC or LCSW licensure will be considered
