sponsible for supporting the management team in planning, organizing and coordinating all clinical operations of the designated site. Assures quality assurance of all assigned team members who are part of the site and/or program. This also includes ongoing training and individual supervision for assigned team members to assure that clinical competency and high quality client care is being provided. Must be trained, competent and actively implementing Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) and comfortable in supervising EBP models. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or related field. Certified as an Addictions Counselor with the Pennsylvania Certification Board, International Consortium of Reciprocal Counseling, or another state government’s substance abuse counseling certification board. Licensed preferred but not required: LPC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with Substance Use Disorders. At least one (1) year of experience in a supervisory role or carrying out supervisory tasks. Basic computer skills required.
