Starting on December 1, 2025, the PCB will no longer be automatically sending paper certificates in the mail when you recertify your credential. If you would like a paper certificate when you recertify, you will have to check the box on the recertification application and pay the fee of $20.00.  PCB will continue to send out paper certificates for new credentials and everyone will still be able to access a copy of their most recent certificate by logging into the PCB account.
