Full-Time Hours: Monday- Friday 5 am utnil 1:30 pm alternating Saturdays 5 am until 9 am

Position Overview:
JFK's Outpatient Therapists provide direct clinical care to clients managing emotional & psychological challenges associated with mental illness, substance use and addiction. In an adult- outpatient, medically-assisted treatment or walk-in setting, our therapists serve the local community.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Administrative Technician serves as the primary clerical support for the VP of Behavioral Health for all tasks identified.

Heart for Change Counseling Services is seeking a clinician with experience in substance use treatment who is excited about helping grow a specialized service line within our practice. This position will initially focus on providing alcohol and drug education and treatment services, particularly for individuals referred through Department of Transportation (DOT) Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) recommendations, with the opportunity to expand into a full-time role as the program grows.

Community Health Worker (Pennsylvania)
The CHW is an integral part of the member’s care team and works closely with the clinicians and the clinical operations team. The CHW will support our Care Delivery program, using approved curriculum to build trust and promote health, while simultaneously driving the Community Health Integration (CHI) and Principal Illness Navigation (PIN) programs to bridge the gap between clinical care and social needs.

Under the supervision of the Office Manager or Director of Statewide Agricultural Worker Program, the Bilingual Health Educator is responsible for providing various health screening services, risk reduction counseling, and health education to migrant and seasonal farm workers at their homes, farms, labor camps and other outreach settings.
