clinicians for a remote contract project. The project reviews
adolescent substance use cases and writes clinical guidance on risk,
severity and the right response, which is used to train AI systems.
No AI experience is needed.

The work, from micro1's posting:
- review case material on adolescent substance use and write
assessments of risk, severity and urgency
- use DSM-5 SUD criteria and ASAM to stage severity and recommend a
level of care
- judge whether proposed interventions are safe and appropriate,
including medication options when relevant
- tell normal experimentation apart from clinically significant use
- flag withdrawal, overdose and safeguarding risks that need
escalation
- write guidance that non-specialists can act on

What micro1 prefers:
- 3 to 5+ years of post-certification work directly with
adolescents affected by substance use
- a clinical specialty in addiction medicine, or child and
adolescent psychiatry or psychology with a focus on substance use
- an active clinical license or registration in good standing, with
an adolescent caseload in the last two years
- working knowledge of tools such as CRAFFT, S2BI, DSM-5 and ASAM
- familiarity with MOUD/MAT and withdrawal management for under-18s
- strong written English
- motivational interviewing training and adolescent inpatient or
crisis experience are a plus

Remote contract with flexible hours. micro1's listing shows $45 to
$95 per hour. micro1 runs its own screening, hiring and pay.
