Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Behavioral Health Specialists to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of Autism. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.

As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will provide supervision of those who oversee the support of adults with Autism in the community. This is a clinical role that develops and assesses Individual Support Plans and provides behavioral and skill building services for adults living with Autism. Responsibilities

Supervisory role that oversees the supports of adults with Autism in the community (home, school, work)

Clinical role that develops and assesses Individual Support Plans (ISP) and provides behavioral support and skill building services for adults living with Autism

Provides face-to-face, remote and administrative support based upon the needs of the individuals

Conducts in-home assessments and administers psychological tools to assess each individual’s specific needs

Promotes the use and application of Person-Centered Planning to develop skills within each person supported

Monitors and evaluates data towards goal progress

Qualifications

Educational Requirements: (One of the following):

Master’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or applied behavior analysis (ABA)

Master’s degree in counseling (i.e. mental health, marriage and family, etc.) with at least 33% ABA course work

Master’s degree in unrelated field and PA Behavior Specialist License

Minimum Requirements:

Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral support plans

Experience working with individuals living with autism

Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly maintained and insured vehicle

Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
