Responsibilities
- Be the first point of connection—respond to check-in calls from healthcare professionals in monitoring programs
- Receive and coordinate referrals from hospitals, providers, treatment centers, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare advocacy letters that make a meaningful difference in participants’ professional journeys
- Review participant charts to ensure compliance with program requirements
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Maintain accurate, confidential records with the highest level of discretion
- Collaborate with a dedicated, mission-driven team focused on helping others succeed
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, nursing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Skills & Strengths
- Understanding of addiction and recovery—your insight matters here
- Exceptional ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective in high-pressure situations
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
