The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility
dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. FHC provides a holistic
approach to recovery, o􀆯ering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while
actively involving their families in the healing process.
Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support
programs, FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction, promoting emotional and behavioral
well-being. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds,
fostering a supportive environment for long-term recovery and resilience.

Responsibilities

Utilize personal experience with addiction, either individually or within the family, to provide
peer support and foster trust and understanding with clients and families.
 Offer hands-on support in developing essential life skills, including parenting and adult
daily living skills, to promote stability and independence.
 Lead and facilitate recovery-focused group sessions, providing education, peer support,
and coping strategies to aid in the recovery process.
 Assist clients and families by obtaining supplies, coordinating transportation to
appointments, and ensuring apartments are prepared for new arrivals.
 Advocate for clients’ needs, help navigate community resources, and promote positive
reintegration into the community.

Qualifications

Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances
 HS/GED
 Must be able to come to Mt. Oliver location.
 Flexibility to work evenings for weekends
