The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility
dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. FHC provides a holistic
approach to recovery, oering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while
actively involving their families in the healing process.
Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support
programs, FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction, promoting emotional and behavioral
well-being. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds,
fostering a supportive environment for long-term recovery and resilience.
Utilize personal experience with addiction, either individually or within the family, to provide
peer support and foster trust and understanding with clients and families.
Offer hands-on support in developing essential life skills, including parenting and adult
daily living skills, to promote stability and independence.
Lead and facilitate recovery-focused group sessions, providing education, peer support,
and coping strategies to aid in the recovery process.
Assist clients and families by obtaining supplies, coordinating transportation to
appointments, and ensuring apartments are prepared for new arrivals.
Advocate for clients’ needs, help navigate community resources, and promote positive
reintegration into the community.

HS/GED
Must be able to come to Mt. Oliver location.
Flexibility to work evenings for weekends
