ARC Manor is a private, non-profit substance use treatment facility located in Kittanning, Armstrong County. We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Clinical Director to provide leadership and oversight across our substance use disorder programs, including residential, outpatient (OP/IOP), SUDMED, and recovery housing services.
