Recovery Coaching Services, Inc.
RCS is dedicated to serving individuals and families in their journey of recovery from alcoholism and addictions by providing support and guidance through recovery coaching to ensure the best possible outcomes. RCS has been providing these services for more than 10 years.
Principle Responsibilities:
● Supervise a Team of Certified Recovery Specialists.
● Compliance with all Community Care Behavioral Health and other contract requirements.
● Provide peer-based support services as needed.
Principle Duties:
● Train and educate staff on RCS best-demonstrated practices and procedures.
● Ensure employees' written documentation of services provided meets regulatory requirements.
● Ensure employees meet established credential guidelines.
● Conduct new employee training.
● Conduct annual employee performance evaluations.
● Participates in recruiting and hiring new staff.
● Ensure all employee background checks are completed and in compliance.
● Institute and manage continuing professional development and education.
Key Competencies:
● Self-directed individual.
● Experience in leading and managing people.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to understand and use technology.
● Knowledge of substance abuse and mental health rules, regulations and performance standards.
Education:
● Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health or Business.
● PA Certified Recovery Specialist.
● 3-5 years experience in Behavioral Health Field.
● Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Salary/Benefits:
● $60,000
● Partially paid health insurance.
