Berks Counseling Center is a recovery-oriented behavioral health, physical health, and supportive services organization providing a holistic approach to a culturally and economically diverse population for the purpose of achieving a healthy and productive lifestyle.

This person will provide administrative and clinical oversight to the outpatient, BCJS, and school-based programs. This person will work closely with the Clinical Director and play a direct role in identifying and implementing best practices related to clinical programs. This person will be the lead in assuring fidelity to evidence-based programs and assuring quality and compliance within records in the EHR. This person will serve as the advocate and champion for outpatient-based outcome measures and performance of the Team huddles.

Responsibilities

- Hire, orient, train, and evaluate qualified supervisory staff for BCC’s clinical programs.
- Provides individual and group clinical supervision for all team leaders.
- Provides group clinical supervision to team huddles as needed to ensure peak performance and adherence to the model.
- Utilizes data to drive decision making.
- Provide individual and group direct supervision of clinical team lead/supervisory staff.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field
- At least three (3) years of experience overseeing related services.
- Licensure within one (1) year of hire required.
- Knowledge of or experience with trauma-informed approaches preferred.
