CleanSlate is a national medical group providing treatment for the chronic disease of addiction. Our Mission is to improve the quality of life for people suffering from opioid and alcohol addictions. The Licensed Clinical Counselor will be responsible for developing treatment and recovery plans and identifying behaviors that impede a patients recovery. Performs individual, group and crisis intervention counseling to those experiencing difficulties with addictions, substance abuse and mental health issues; to promote optimum recovery, mental and emotional health.
