As a Regional Clinical Supervisor, you provide clinical supervision to the clinicians for the region focusing on enhancing clinical development of all staff. Operates as the Clinical Supervisor performing all site clinical supervisor duties as well.

Requirements:

A Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in a state-approved area and 2 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency with 1 year working directly in chemical dependency, clinical supervisor experience, and LPC, LSW, or LCSW.

Responsibilities:

Primary Location Duties and Responsibilities:

Ongoing chart reviews to ensure compliance with Federal/State requirements
Meet regularly with counselors on an individual basis for case review
Intakes on new patients/supervision of other clinical staff completing intakes
Participation/leadership in treatment team meetings as well as grievance and appeals meeting
Assignment of clients to counselors
Provide counseling hours to clients, individual or group, per Federal/State requirements for his caseload
Assist/direct clinical meetings/case conferences with all clinical staff
Interview for the hiring of new clinical staff members and conduct/supervise training efforts of all new clinical staff
Assist the Executive Director and Regional Director as needed in the areas of state and CARF inspections, staffing meetings, concerns and other areas as needed
Conduct annual performance reviews and manage disciplinary processes with all clinical staff of OTP
Regional (including local facility) Duties and Responsibilities:

Travel to all sites within the region to assist with training, supervision, and general clinical direction within each site.
Coordinate with the Quality Improvement department to ensure consistent follow-up and understanding of data.
Maintain Supervision records per state and accreditation standards
Provide training, consultation, and direction in dealing with difficult clients
Provide Supervision for counselors working toward licensure or certification throughout the state
Attend all required management and supervision meetings
Interpretation of policies and procedures to be able to provide supervision in all clinical matters to staff and patients
Participate in ongoing training per program/State/Federal requirements
Provide assistance in ongoing in-house training requirements
Other duties as assigned
