Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a passionate and skilled Therapist to revolutionize the way we deliver care. This fully remote position allows you to bring compassion, innovation, and expertise to individuals on their journey to recovery—all from the comfort of your home. If you’re driven by the mission of making high-quality, accessible care a reality for all, we want to hear from you! Shift is Monday - Thursday - 4/10s with shift primarily ending at 9:00pm.
Please Note: This is a remote position. You must live in the US or a US territory.

Your Role in Transforming Recovery
1. Deliver individual and group therapy through a secure telehealth platform, providing vital support to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
2. Utilizes and promotes trauma-informed treatment through the provision of evidence-based practices.
3. Participates in developing the patient’s treatment plan and outcomes in cooperation with the treatment team.
4. Provides direct therapeutic services consisting of individual, group, and/or family therapy, dependent on the patient's needs.
5. Makes ongoing assessments regarding the patient’s progress in treatment and revises the treatment plan according to patient needs.
6. Completes clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
7. Establishes and maintains contact and relationships with referral sources related to patient caseload.
8. Provide crisis intervention, education, and long-term recovery strategies through virtual care.
9. Has insight into healthcare professional monitoring and boards.
What We’re Looking For
1. Bachelors' Degree with at least one experience in a clinical or behavioral health environment.
2. Experience in an outpatient/inpatient setting with dual diagnosis and SUD patients.
3. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
4. A passion for breaking down barriers to care and advancing virtual behavioral health treatment.

6. Pass a PA Criminal Background Check
7. Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances
8. Pass Drug Screen
9. TB Test
10. Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
