This qualified individual will work hand-in-hand with the Chief Operations Officer and the Chief Executive Officer to manage and oversee the operations of all programs in York and Adams County. The York and Adams Supervisor will supervise the Program staff in addition to reviewing, evaluating and improving the quality of services offered through their assigned Programs.  The York and Adams Supervisor will coordinate services, network with prescribing physicians, and provide required monthly reports to the Chief Operations Officer. In this position, it is essential for the York and Adams Supervisor to have complete understanding of Program design, MA standards, County requirements, guidelines and requirements for Health Choices and the Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) site visits and reviews. Work is to be performed with the highest level of professional principles in accordance with established regulations, policies, and procedures.
