Responsibilities

Oversee department staff and daily operations including, but not limited to, adequate staff/shift coverage. Proper completion of all admissions paperwork according to standards/policies/regulations.
Mange bed flow for all levels of care that includes maintaining a healthy flow of admissions into the program, working to coordinate a system that aligns schedule admissions with anticipating discharges and/or current bed openings, and continued contact with those individuals that are on a wait list.
Act as a liaison to agencies including, but not limited to, BHSI, CBH, FIR, Treatment Courts, federal, state, and/or local department of corrections, sheriff departments, and probation/parole office.
Must have clinical education, background experience, and/or knowledge to aid in the decision making for referrals including presenting the case to operations, clinical, medical, and/or psychiatric staff for consults.
Assist Clinical Director and/or Director of Operations with any additional assignments along with implementing any necessary changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health, public health, clinical profession, social work, and/or equivalent experience
Minimum three years professional work experience with addictions, mental health, and co-occurring disorders
