We are seeking Full Time Intake Coordinator for our Outpatient Facility. This essential role involves managing first contact with clients, gathering essential information to determine eligibility for services, and schedule intake/assessments. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work with other staff to effectively meet the needs of the patient while maintaining a positive relationship with patients and referral sources. MARS-ATP is proud to serve a diverse population so, we are seeking a candidate that demonstrates excellent cultural competency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prescreening
Insurance verification
Coordination with assessment coordinator
Referral call management
Coordinates with SCA on referrals
Maintain community contacts
Reschedule assessments
Walk-ins (screening)
Customer relations
BA degree in a related field and 1 year work in Substance USe Treatment
