Gaudenzia is hiring (with signing bonus) for the position of Residential House Manager (Full-Time & Part Time openings) at multiple locations throughout Philadelphia & West Chester PA. As a key contributor on our team, our House Managers work closely with our clients (and alongside other House Managers and peers). Responsibilities include transporting and escorting clients to appointment or other business needs, screen clients upon try to the facility, monitor client movement in and out of the facility, maintain and monitor the client logbook, coordinate breaks and facility activities per the program’s schedule, conduct room searches, perform routine room checks, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Successful candidates will have earned a Hight School Diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is preferred. Must be flexible and willing to work at least 1 evening shift per week (and a rotating weekend shift as needed).
