The Halfway Home of the Lehigh Valley has an immediate opening for a full time residential drug and alcohol treatment counselor to join our multidisciplinary team.
Competitive salary / benefits include family medical.
Primarily Weekday M-F w/2 evenings per wk (One Sunday every 5 weeks). Responsibility for 8-10 clients including individual counseling, care authorization and case management duties, as well as two therapy groups per week.
Applicant must meet DOH DDAP Licensing Standards for the position of counselor, CADC and experience with co-occurring populations preferred. Knowledge of approaches to trauma informed care and Veteran needs helpful.
