Must have Master’s/Doctorate degree in human service field from an accredited university with at least 2 years supervisory experience and experience in both substance use and mental disorders. PA License as a psychologist, LCSW, LPC and/or PCB certification as CCS, CAADC, and/or CCDPD required.
