The Halfway Home of the Lehigh Valley has an immediate opening for a full time residential drug and alcohol treatment counselor to join our multidisciplinary team. Applicant must meet DOH DDAP Licensing Standards for the position of counselor, CADC and experience with co-occurring populations preferred. Knowledge of approaches to trauma informed care and Veteran needs helpful.
Primarily Weekday M-F w/2 evenings per wk (One Sunday every 5 weeks). Responsibility for 8-10 clients including individual counseling, care authorization and case management duties, as well as two therapy groups per week.
