Polaris Renewal Services is looking for Counselors to join our team!
• Provide individual and group counseling to patients in a medication assisted treatment setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct intakes and assessments
• Complete all documentation according to regulatory standards
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Human Services or other related field, or
• Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor
• At least 1 year Counseling experience
Hours and Benefits:
• M-F 5:30am-1:30pm
• Occasional weekend shift
• Company paid healthcare
• PTO
