REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE PA CERTIFIED PEER SPECIALIST CERTIFICATE

PCB CERTIFICATE

History (being self identified) of or received mental health services for a serious emotional disturbance or serious mental illness.

· Must have a High School Diploma/ GED or College Education

· Within the last three (3) years, at least 12 months of work or volunteer experience documented with specific dates

· Have Reliable Transportation
